Frank Shamrock Inc. is an asset management and integrated multimedia company focused on creating, branding and managing intellectual properties and content for Frank Shamrock Companies. Frank is the CEO and has overseen day-to-day operations since 1995 with his team of trusted advisors, long time employees and highly experienced executives, legal and entertainment attorneys. A serial entrepreneur who thinks of himself as a "fight executive," Shamrock is not afraid to give or receive an ass kicking during his quest for success – inside the cage or out.

As a young man of 25, Frank was already making six figures a year. Managing and protecting that investment become the primary focus of the budding businessman and his industry moves and contracts would change the business of MMA forever:

1997 just three years after his debut in mixed martial arts, Frank Shamrock became the official spokesman and commentator for UFC and Middleweight Champion

1999 he became the first free agent in the industry retiring after defeating Tito Ortiz in UFC 22

2001 was the first MMA match in K-1 League with Frank Shamrock in Tokyo Japan for 80,000 people

2002 After the UFC was sold to Zuffa, Frank would commentate three shows for the new owners

2003 Frank launches WEC brand onto PPV, as promoter and fighter, with Return of a Legend PPV

2005 he become a Coach for the IFL, founded MMA Entertainment Inc, and became national Spokesman for Strikeforce

2006 Strikeforce brand is launched with Shamrock vs. Gracie - selling 18,265 seats in San Jose

2007 Pro Elite Spokesman and Brand is launched with Shamrock vs Gracie 2 on Showtime - First fight on premium cable channel

2008 Pro Elite and Shamrock launch Saturday Night Fights on CBS

2009 Strikeforce acquires Pro Elite - inks Showtime and CBS deal for Saturday Night Fights

With his lifelong vision to market and promote the benefits of MMA to the masses, in 2009 he also co-authored the book, "Mixed Martial Arts For Dummies".

In 2010 Frank Shamrock will be featured in the first EA Sports MMA video game as a Fighter and Color Commentator and on Showtime and CBS Saturday Night Fights.

For 2011 Mr. Shamrock is moving his family and businesses to New York City to work to legalize MMA
