What is the Shamrock Way?

The Shamrock Way is a lifestyle and personal development program created by Frank Juarez Shamrock. As a professional mixed martial artist and entrepreneur, his continued study of the art of fighting and perseverance of the human spirit has manifested great insight to the art of living. This is the program that he lives his life by and mentors others to live their dreams.

The roots of the Shamrock Way are founded on the Japanese idea of Bushido, the ethical code of the Samurai, which literally means The Way of the Warrior. Known to most American martial artists as simply “The Way,” this idea of a social, moral and ethical compass in your life is based on the concepts of self-discipline, honor and respect. We are all warriors in life; struggling daily to make a living, conflicting for respect, fighting for our relationships, battling nature, challenging our bodies with disease and stress. We need to make a fundamental choice and choose a path that is fulfilling and worthwhile to live our life to the fullest.

The Shamrock Way teaches how to serve a greater cause and learn humility by becoming a student of life. This is done when you accept the task to learn of the art of fighting. The Art of Fighting is the Art of Living a rich and fulfilled life. Once the light of knowledge is lit, the flame of hunger to live is fueled with your brave actions. Honesty to yourself and others will forge a pathway to your true self and your community. Finally, honor and respect will be attained with that path and success will follow you wherever you go.
